Illegally firing a person due to sexual orientation is different than a partner in a lawfirm being fired for owning a record label whoes 2010 album is called "Behead the Semite"
Partners of lawfirms have code of conduct clauses and have to agree to code of ethics & standards of professional conduct because your name is on everything the firm does, in the building, every case filing etc.
