Determining price for blog site and how much I should be making?

Hi guys,

I got my first blog up and running for a few months now and since I'm totally new to.. well.. everything.. I'm clueless about how to determine the right prices on my site IF i were to sell something on it. I'm not gonna do it any time soon, but I was just wondering on how to set the right price..

Info:
I got a clean amateur blog with only 1 popunder running at the moment. I haven't sold anything nor have I done any link building yet. I get like 5k UV a day.. and almost 100% is organic.. My site is growing weekly and it seems like that google loves my blog. Top 10 geo is all tier 1 countries and 80% is US.. bounce rate is +- 60%.. (which is good right?) I have no outgoing link atm too.

Question:
If I were to sell post with these stats, how much can I ask for?
What about hard links (1 year) and navbar (monthly)?
And what about if I want to sell my site? (Even though I haven't monetized my site at all.. SEO is worth something right?)

Oh and how much should I be making from ads with 5k visitors? I'm only getting money from 1 popunder atm. No banners or whatsoever at all..

Thanks,
