The problem with trusting news from any military source , Russia, the US anyone really is they will just say anyone killed was a terrorist..
Trusting broad numbers like 200 bad guys killed is always just BS propaganda.. it was probably 20 actual fighters and 10-15 people forced to drive them there and that equals 200 in military propaganda..
