A few muscle guys with beards walking around him at the end. I bet they are undercover. The guy yelling at him to "get the fuck out of here" may be undercover trying to keep the peace.
If the under covers take over as the aggressors and push the guy out, Keeps the "free speecher" guy from getting hurt. Pretty good police strategy, if that is what is happening.
