You dragged him through the mud and then are going to complain that he came back at you some? Fair play on his part.

You moved the site, you stated the site was moved. His part is done at that point. He has no reason to hang around wasting his time for 2 or 3 days just in case you hit an issue.

As soon as you decided to move the site instead of having him do it for you it became YOUR responsibility, not his. He did everything necessary for you to have a successful deal. You BLEW it, not him.

You should swallow the fucking pride, apologize for creating and propagating the mess, and protect what is left of your reputation at this point.
