I don't think it's Trump's fault. I think it's the mayor of Houston's fault. Now matter how you spin this, you had a lot of warning that a category 3 or cartegory 4 hurricane was bearing down on the region. Common sense should have told everyone to leave.
I have one friend who lives in Houston and he left.
Baddog above asked "how do you evacuate two million people". Well, you at least have to try. Of course there is a concern of people getting stuck in the floods while in their cars, but.... They all could have left before the first drop of rain.
I'm sorry, but if you tell me a category three or category four hurricane is going to be landing within one hundred miles of me... I'm leaving and heading inland.
