He's doing these things because it then makes states dependant on him.. He is trying to cut out the checks and balances at every angle so everything has to go through him..
It's what dictators do.. Now he can make it all about "him granting" Texas money..
Trump will be removed by impeachment or by the people. One thing is sure he won't last 4 years.
