I'm not familiar with brownie...but I use AutoGallery SQL and my template looks like this:
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_1%#&f=1
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_2%#&f=1
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_3%#&f=1
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_4%#&f=1
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_5%#&f=1
/cgi-bin/tm3/l?u=#%THUMB_6%#&f=1
etc...
You just put the script variable where the url needs to be and use the tm3 html in your template.
