No, it's not.
The reporters name is Drew Griffin. He is wearing the CNN red jacket and shorts. During his live newscast he ends up running out to the truck. Fast forward to sixty seconds later you see another CNN crew member in a the CNN red jacket, pants, and boots. That person is not Drew Griffin - Drew Griffin is off camera, still with the mic on him, and he is now on the phone with 911.
You are seeing the CNN red jacket and just assuming it is the same person, when it isn't.
