I think you have to ask yourself what is going to get you the most value out of this deal. He has limited skills and you probably don't want to spend too much time training this entry level employee who may not stick around. You could think of him as a "project" that you are going to train, but I wouldn't risk it. Your best bet for maximum value is to have him under your desk sucking your cock at all times.
