With a hurricane, the wind is only part of it. In Texas, the wind did a lot of damage, but then the rains came, water rose and flooded everything. Concrete and metal houses are no good if they are under water.
I'm of the opinion we maybe just shouldn't live there. How many times does a place have to be smashed and rebuilt before we realize it's not a good place to live.
