The problem with 'evaporating' North Korea is that it borders Russia and China.
It's not like the US could not evaporate North Korea in 25 minutes.
The Chinese and Russians should be held accountable, and told that they are to be by the orange guy with tiny balls, for Kim's actions -- maybe then they might use their influence in the matter.
Yeah, you heard me; threaten Russia and China -- make the risk to them PERFECTLY CLEAR!
Kim is just a doorknob, a pawn in a larger game gone rouge.
