Could be. Paddy Power (one of the UK Bookmakers) had Ramy priced at 10/1 just a few days ago. Yesterday he had shortened up to 3/1 and although it is fair to say that these type of markets require very little interest/liquidity to see odds movement, that is a huge drop in price.
