Spain took a lot longer.

Vienna was saved much later.

They are still in the Balkans, but not as much as they used to be.

Istanbul wasn't a Muslim city. It was the center of the Orthodox Christian Empire until the Muslims brought the biggest cannon ever made to breach the city walls.

Even the Crusades to Palestine was an attempt to take back the Holy City of Jerusalem from the invading Muslims.

Never be conned that Islam is about peace. The most frequent wars now are against fellow Muslims, but it has been a long History of wars, stretching back to Mohammed.

And there most Holy relic, the Hajj which all Muslims have to go to worship at. Is a rock that fell out of the sky. We call them meteorites. It was worshipped before Mohammed was born.
