Buying Fiverr Content & Avoiding Ownership Disputes
I'd like to buy some mainstream content on Fiverr and know that in their TOS they state that all copyright and intellectual property rights belong to the buyers.
Question is, what if 6 months down the road the artist files a DMCA for the content I just bought from him because he changed his mind, or, what if someone steals my content and claims it as theirs and then files a DMCA against me.
How would I protect myself from situations like this. What proof is needed?
