If you want to buy glasses for yourself, head to Amazon, and find one that fits your phone screen size and has high ratings. I'd stay away from cardboard ones, plastic ones are cheap too, and a whole lot better.
I'd recommend Gear VR if you have a compatible Samsung phone, or DayDream View.
