I did not say that at all.
Instead, I said that if we find out Russia worked with a US candidate to get him elected, then that would pretty much be an act of war.
If this was true and Russia did work directly with Trump's campaign to get him elected, what do you think our response would be? We surely wouldn't say "Well, don't do that again". If is true it would be massive.
