I just did a reinstall on an OS, quick books wasn't taking the activation, so I got on chat. chat told me the QB version I had would not run on win 10, I told chat QB ran fine on win 10 and this was a reinstall only. chat disconnected, then my activation worked... what a bunch of dicks
