Yes, the First Amendment covers this. However, the First Amendment has to do with Government, NOT whether or not you can protest at work. If your employer says stand or you're fired then that's the right of the employer these people have CHOSEN to work for. Don't like it? Go flip burgers instead.  |
Trump and the racist element is not their employers, nor their "owners".
These people are risking their jobs to stand up for what they beleive in.
