I've lived in California for 30+ years and agree... there's way too much trash on the freeways. It's not so surprising perhaps in a big city like LA, but why is there so much on I5 in the Central Valley?
The one thing that has always impressed me about Florida is how clean their highways are... anyone know how they do it?
