Not any more, BUT did use to drive from LA to Vegas after AFM every year and always noticed the garbage inspite of signs like: "Boy Scouts from Barstow keep this mile of higway clean" and the like....even prisoners had a sign from ZZYZIX or some place like that.
To bad that these people do not give a shit what pigsty they are creating
