1500 mass shootings in the USA since 2012 and armed citizens stopped how many?
Making guns hard to get and banning military rifles would not stop ALL shooters but it would stop most...not everybody has a connection to the underground arms market and not everybody can make it at home on a lathe...
Also making bullets expensive as fuck would help...
