you may argue a black market will form but it will be limited in nature...I would compare a ban on guns to a ban on steroids...they are banned and there IS a black market for steroids, but you can not buy them on every corner like drugs...you can buy them on the net if you know where to look, but only a small % of the population manages to get their hands on some...

There's no US Constitutional right to alcohol or steroids, bad analogy. And again, going forward that does little to change the weapons that are already in hands of millions of American citizens.
