Obviously the people organizing for the event are responsible for setting the tone from day one. If nothing else is said, an "Adult Webmaster Party" will be just that...ADULT.
"Friends and families are welcome to attend, so keep your flesh covered."
Why not have a 3 hour preparty at say 7 o'clock where everyone can come, but knows that after 10 things are gonna get nasty.
