The Obama stocks allowed him to fire at a high rate before someone came to stop him. He had mere minutes to fire and he maximized that time by using the Obama stocks. Take away the Obama stocks and he is limited to individual pulls of the trigger with his finger.
Or he can just attach a rubber band. You do NOT need a bump stock to bump fire a gun.
