Yes, because everyone knows presidents dictate gun regulations. They have absolute control on what is legalized and all they have to do is sign some documents and poof! they are changed! It's not like they have to convince another section or multiple sections of government to push forward there views. I recall when Bill Clinton was in office, i remember it clearly. He abolished all weapons his first day in office! he removed fire arms from everyone and guns were gone! then the evil george bush brought them back again!

No president or any elected official can make changes that a few lunatics, much like yourself, will find workarounds or ways to bend the rules so they can kill many with semi automatics as long as they are readily available. In fact, the only reason bump stocks even exist is the fact they banned fully automatics in the first place.
