Guns in America, a Statistical Look - ABC News

There are more than 129,817 federally licensed firearms dealers in the United States, according to the latest Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives numbers (as of Aug. 1) . Of those, 51,438 are retail gun stores, 7,356 are pawn shops and 61,562 are collectors, with the balance of the licenses belonging mostly to manufacturers and importers of firearms and destructive devices.
Any store that sells guns has a license to do so, the point is it could be a Liquor Store, a Grocery store, a Sporting goods store, a Guitar Store, etc. etc. etc. that possesses a license to sell guns to supplement their income off of all the other products they sell. The stores that sell only guns are far and few in between and even the stores that have a licence to sell guns are far, far, outnumbered by stores that don't sell guns and stores that sell only groceries far outnumber those stores that have a license to sell guns among their other products.
