The us government has failed some of its citizens with a for profit prison system and a futile war on drugs...the DEA said that 90% of all crime is directly or indirectly linked to narcotics...
The USA could use the funds from legalisation and pay to rehabilitate prisoners back in to society and not just recycle them in prisons...land of the free lol...
You can pass blame all you want but they all grew up in a white man system...
