Even if there is a contested case -- you have to get the court in HIS jurisdiction to act on any money judgment your court makes if he does not voluntarily pay (assuming your TOS is binding to YOUR home jurisdiction). Good luck on getting a writ of execution from the foreign court. Possible but your legal fees will be very high.
Maybe $100K min is a more realistic amount.
If the defendant or debtor has assets in your country or property that could be seized and sold in rem to satisfy your local court's judgment ... maybe
