I could start screaming: Trump's false flag or it was a rouge CIA operation --but there is no basis for those accusations.
No calls for investigations from the US government? Something definitely doesn't add up at this point .... to that I would agree.
Aside: I thought I heard helicopters before the concert started in that video. If there was (were) (a) helicopter(s) present that might explain the noise interpreted as *another shooter* --the noise of the helicopter's blades (echoing?)
