Im american and I think constitution should be changed. Thats why its called an AMENDMENT. This country doesn't deserve the right to bear arms . I know it will never happen , but surely they can think of something. What need is there to sell automatic rifles to the public. And If caught converting a rifle to an automatic rifle the penalty should be HARSH. SO YES , dealers should be held responsible . AND that is a STUPID , CHILDISH analogy with the cows man.
