Taxation is tough, but they also give you lots of right-offs and chances. If you owe less than they claim, they give you all kinds of chances to prove it. Don't fuck around and you'll be fine.
Do like smart people do: Take the metro. If you must drive, drive to a metro station. If you get stuck in traffic thanks to construction it's your fault. Services exist that tell you where construction is going on, and where slowdowns are occurring. Plus, you work online, don't you? What are you complaining about?
Why ?
Your wood burning stove, as romantic as it is, pollutes like hell, damages the lungs of all living things that smell the smoke, is inefficient, and dangerous. Times are changing - time to get rid of it. Get over it.
The ones who will talk to you, maybe. Montreal is home to some of the most beautiful women in the world. Go hit Crescent Street, or St. Lawrence Street, or Griffentown, or any music festival, even just downtown on any day of the week.
Or for the ultimate in Montreal girl-viewing, check out the Gran Prix parties.
Or if you're lazy, just do a google image search for "Montreal women" and enjoy.

You just couldn't leave it at agreeing with me on the roads. LOL Alright I'll play along lol
1. I'm never going to ride the metro - No damn fucking way will I be an old man needing public transport
2. I don't keep my money in Canada
3. I don't give a shit what you or anyone else thinks of my wood burning stove
4. My "online work" is really only a small part of what I do and most of that involves cars not porn
5. I have someone shooting for me in Toronto
6. I'm with a woman that's less than 1/3 of my age and we're going to have a baby. -
SO TOP THAT!
