There have been some major blunders already:
- in bed with the Saudi's (incredibly, signed even more arms trade than Obama did, even seems to naively believe in their effort to "fight terrorism")
- keeping troops in Afghanistan (failure to understand that these don't fight "terrorism")
- his new national security adviser inclines towards the same failed policies in the Middle East, such that are ignorant of the doctrinal and historical knowledge of the Islamic world
- "family" influence from his son in law who has nothing to do in the White House
- generally unable to effectively deal with the former administration's holdovers
- useless conflict with North Korea and a reckless application of sanctions
