It's a very sensitive subject and should be dealt with from a high level, but we cannot continue to deny the problem, it will not go away by itself, we need to face it head on and find a solution. It should be made clear from the start that this is not about race, but about the culture of certain developing countries and their attitudes towards women, making rape more likely to occur.
