electronic surveillance is a god send for smugglers....you hire a 5$ decoy to trip off sensors left and right or you send a group to trip them off at multiple locations and then wait for the border patrol to go intervene and then you just cross without any trouble at another place...
cameras mean shit...less than shit actually...a camera is like $5000 when the US gov buys it from a crony but a bullet for the camera is I guess 15 cents?
