absolutely. Gary jokes he´s looking like a whale atm, at 16 stone, it´s either too much great food or worrying...
Gary & I work out, he still flips in gymnastics, swims & we´re always out and about but has put on 3 stone since we´ve been here in Spain. Anyway, maybe see a doc one day soon...
In the meantime, sticking to the thread and business, than you gratefully for the kind words & noticing I update & film most days, my members love my site & my fans stay with me, so all in all, with my 1:200 sale to traffic ratio, yes, my site sells & anyone not promoting it bigger than any other site must not really be here to make money
