Who would that be? I don't recall anyone being under investigation at the time.

When you say "under false pretenses" you mean "went to the State Department and asked for permission?

The money never "flowed into their pockets" but instead into their foundation. A lot of governments donated.

This seems to have been a rather routine issue. In fact, none of the Uranium was sold to Russia. None of the Uranium left the United States.

No. I have no idea what you are talking about. Why would the director of the FBI be carrying nuclear samples to Russia?
I'm sorry, but this is all made up. None of this is real. This was a routine decision that had nothing to do with Hillary Clinton. No Uranium left the United States. Yes, money went to the Clinton Foundation, but you can argue lots of countries gave money to their foundation and then question every decision Hillary was involved in while at the State Department (and then we can discuss how all politicians deal with lobbyists).
But let's have an investigation. Again. This would be what - Investigation number fifteen? We seem to keep investigating Hillary, but never anyone else? Why haven't we looked into how prior Secretaries of State handled their email servers? What about how members of Congress handled their email servers - both Republicans AND Democrats.
Whatever. Politics has gotten stupid in this country. Someone else on GFY is telling me the stock market boom is due to "Trump's tax reform" - which hasn't even been signed into law.
