I pointed this out to her when she said it. I said something like, "Wouldn't his offer be more like prostitution?"
Her reply was, "It might be prostitution, but it is also sexual harassment because it creates a barrier to entry that includes sex. The guy owns a business and if he requires you to fuck him in order to work for him then it makes for an unfair and hostile work environment for those who don't want to fuck him."
Makes sense to me.
