Change your keyboard.
Seriously. Most keyboard, even expensive ones, are total shit.
Go to any Staples store or anywhere where you can tast a bunch of them and try them all out. The best ones have real keys that click, giving you feedback. Actual switches with adequate travel, spring-loaded feedback are the best.
You can always type alot faster with the right keyboard.
My personal favourite are the IBM keyboards from the 80's. You can't find them anymore but you can find close equivalents.
