OK to elaborate... I notified your company some 50 days (7 weeks) ago my Paxum Card was lost... at this time still no news on it's replacement...

Your company and it's service really does suck balls...
I receive a monthly fee on the card... so last month I had to pay nearly $60 to get someone to do me a Paxum to First Choice Pay transfer... the payment is due in less than a week, so looks like I will be even more out of pocket...

You suggested I paid the $90 odd charge to get it expressed... but last time I did this it still took about 8 weeks, so I guess I am really wasting my time thinking it would be here by now...
Yet with another provider, a competitor of yours, they replaced a lost card in less than 2 weeks
