I take a multi vitamin for men over 50 in the morning at at night, so nutrients that can be absorbed during the day can be absorbed during the day, and those that get absorbed better at night while sleeping can do that. I also take an Omega 3 Fish oil with added vitamin D midday with my diabetic meds...
I take all my other medications at pre determined hourly or bi-hourly intervals as instructed by my doctor through out the day
