Doesn't matter. For starters, she might not be happy to take it but does so because she thinks if she doesn't take the deal she will be blacklisted. Even if she was fine with the deal and happily took it things don't change because by taking it they are setting a standard where fucking him is how you get success which makes for an unfair playing ground and hostile work environment for those who don't take it.
