Just because she isn't getting parts doesn't mean she is blacklisted. Hollywood is hyper-competitive and even the best, most successful actors can go through dry spells, not to mention up and coming actors can sometimes take a while to build a career. Making it so an actress has to sleep with him to get the part is flat out illegal.
