As for crimes WITHIN the US having the most (We're #1! We're #1!) does not mean other "civilized" countries have zero of these crimes. So which country IS "civilized" in your opinion? Chances are they have homicides, prisons and drug problems, too.

MY definition of 'civilized': religious tolerance. Don't kill anyone in the name of your God. That's it really, quite simple! America's "crimes" can be summed up as lust for money and power. We are not bombing the world 'cause Jesus told us to. HUGE difference.
