I read that, too. “Blacks” may use the N word but it isn’t used as a slur. Anyone else using it is, most likely, using it as an insult.
Btw, it is spelled ****er not ar. In school we learned it’s an abbreviation for “an ignorant” person. I had a T-shirt that said “if you call someone a n*g** then you’re one. It’s an old run-together term for AN IGNORANT. Takes one to know one” (say it fast to get the pronunciation right)
School tried to ban it. They mistakenly thought it was me calling names. I explained it was against the N word, they said I had to black out letters. I said, “not white out letters?” They laughed but got my point n
I stopped wearing it to school.
