i can think of few things, like
hard scrubbing .,
means declining/rejecting card way too often , they have their reasons., like previously charge back customer, or so.
ugly and slow join pages which loses surfer's trust .
some other shit.
check other ipsp 's join pages, they are fast, looks uptodate, and gains users trust .,
