We're open to any proposals really. But yes if you take the time to look through the site, you may notice why we value it at that price. In our opinion it is a rather well developed website, with a decent amount of handpicked paysite content with unique descriptions written for every single video.
Large investments have been made to make this script as unique and perfectly mobile responsive as it is. I have not seen any other tubes looking like this lately.
This tube could potentially be a sleeping bombshell if properly maintained and developed. And if you are in the pornstar niche, looking for a tube site which is already up and running, while 100% unique, that is worth some good money.
