Wonder Woman was decent. It was a strong entry into the DC Movie universe, and much better than Superman V Batman which was just awful.

Same here. Iron Man and all of the movies in the MCU are better than all of the DC movies except for The Dark Knight.
I am having trouble keeping interest in DC. The Dark Knight was a beautifully crafted film (Chris Nolan director) of course, but the rest just fall flat. (WW is decent).
I warmed up to the Marvel side after watching a few of the movies a second time. I didn't like Captain America: The First Avenger the first time I saw it, but now really like it. Iron Man 3 was kinda sorta "Ok" when I saw it the first time too, but I like it more now that I've watched it twice.
I don't understand it either. I think I like these movies because they are just "Fun". It's pure escapism. It's comic books come to life. Fun.

I felt like I was watching little pony for of some other little kids cartoon.. and the political objectives were so fucking obvious it was a joke. in fact I have been unable to watch much of the newer stuff. I actually thought the great wall with matt damon was cool, great effects and no obvious propaganda. you should take the time to read 1984, its the future you are striving for
