needing to talk to the owner, or one of the owners about an idea :D

I used the phrase "don't be a dumbass" in my email with support asking for contact info... after the support guy was saying he couldn't read my passport to verify my account...

To be fair though, the email monkey was being a dumbass... just now I need someone actually in charge :D
