Don't forget that his family and every member of that community knew he was mental as well, many following his social media where he was always posting picture of his guns..
And no one did nothing.. totally normal behaviour
In ANY other country the guy set off every red flag in the book, same as the Vegas shooter
Except the USA where they would have to admit there's gun nut on every street...
